The texture remains consistently light, delicate, and silky, imbued with an elegance possessed only by great Mosel late harvest wines. With increasing maturity, aromas of honey, candied citrus fruits, and a subtle hint of petrol develop – without ever losing their freshness.
Drei Sekte, die Lust zum Anstoßen machen: Für mich sind das die spannendsten Flaschen, wenn es was zu feiern gibt.
Was im Paket enthalten ist:
2x Dr. Loosen Riesling Sekt b.A. brut
2x 2013 Dr. Loosen Riesling Sekt b.A. brut Nature
2x 2015 Dr. Loosen Spätburgunder Rosé Sekt b.A. brut
A luxurious, versatile dessert wine that combines sweetness, finesse and regional character in perfect harmony.
Brut Nature means: no sugar, no dilution, no soft focus – just Riesling, slate and craftsmanship.
At the foot of Ürzig's world-famous steep slopes lies the Ürzig Spice Garden, a botanical gem where herbs, spices, and rare cultivated plants have thrived for centuries. From this impressive diversity come some of the eleven carefully selected botanicals that define the character of Würzgarten Vermouth. The plants and fruits are harvested throughout the year at their optimal ripeness and either extracted fresh or carefully dried to preserve their natural aromas.
By using regional botanicals, the project not only supports the preservation of this unique garden, but also connects to the historical link between viticulture, herbalism and regional culinary culture.
The vermouth is aged in traditional Moselle oak casks without any added sugar – a rarity in modern vermouth production. This ensures a clear, precise, and elegant style, with natural sweetness derived solely from the wine. The result is a vermouth that is simultaneously complex, subtly spicy, and refreshingly light.
The Villa Wolf Pinot Blanc is vinified with a deliberate focus on freshness, vibrancy, and varietal character. Harvested in the cooler morning hours and gently processed, the delicate fruit flavors are preserved. The wine is aged primarily in stainless steel to emphasize its clarity, while a small portion matures in large oak barrels, adding structure, balance, and a smooth creaminess.
The result is a Pinot Blanc with radiant lightness and a delicate Burgundian richness that will delight both wine connoisseurs and novices. This product is produced by Villa Wolf GmbH using contracted grapes.

VDP.Classification
Since 1993, Dr. Loosen Winery has been a member of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates).
Through the VDP classification, the estate commits to the highest quality standards, placing origin and terroir at the center of its winemaking philosophy.
Dr. Loosen Estate
Pioneer of the rediscovered German Riesling culture
In family ownership for over 200 years, the estate has been led by Ernst F. Loosen since 1988. In his view, great wines are the perfect expression of soil, climate, and grape variety.
With the heritage of his ancestors – own-rooted, old vines in historic Grosse Lagen of the Central Mosel – he found exactly the material needed to craft distinctive, complex wines of world-class caliber. Today, Dr. Loosen is internationally recognized as the flagship of a rediscovered German Riesling culture.
Since 1993, the winery has been a member of the VDP (Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter).
Dr. Loosen Estate
OUR VINEYARDS
In the 1868 vineyard map of the Trier administrative district, created as a basis for tax assessment for Mosel estates, nine of our vineyards were designated as Grosse Lagen.
This classification is comparable to the Grand Cru system of Burgundy and was updated in 1995 by Stuart Pigott and Hugh Johnson in their German Wine Atlas. Today, we deliberately draw on this historically proven, cultural classification.
Since 1988, we have bottled exclusively Rieslings from these classified Grosse Lagen as single-vineyard wines, while all other wines are released by us as Gutsriesling.
