The Dr. Loosen Spätburgunder Rosé Brut is a true Mosel original – born from a happy coincidence and a large dose of curiosity. When we were offered a Spätburgunder vineyard in the Ürziger Würzgarten a few years ago, it was immediately clear: we had to seize this opportunity. A Pinot Noir from one of the most spectacular Riesling sites on the Mosel. It was precisely this allure of the unusual that encouraged us to experiment. And the result speaks for itself.
Following traditional bottle fermentation and an impressive eight years of lees aging, this Rosé Brut presents itself with great finesse, delicate complexity, and a firm, elegant structure. A noble sparkling wine that showcases Pinot Noir at its freshest and most profound.

Dr. Loosen Brut Nature sparkling wine is the purest expression of Moselle sparkling wine craftsmanship. Bottled without any dosage, it showcases Riesling in its clearest, most uncompromising, and most mineral form. Second fermentation in the bottle, extended lees aging, and the characteristic slate soil result in a sparkling wine of exceptional precision: cool, taut, and delicate, with an electrifying acidity and an impressive mineral backbone.

The Wachenheimer Goldbächel Riesling Sekt bA brut Nature is a top-class, dry sparkling wine from the Palatinate region, captivating with its fine bubbles and vibrant freshness. Made from hand-picked Riesling grapes from the renowned Wachenheimer Goldbächel vineyard, this sparkling wine displays an elegant combination of fruity and mineral aromas. In the glass, a bouquet of green apples, citrus fruits, and a hint of peach unfolds, accompanied by a subtle yeasty note and refreshing minerality. On the palate, it is clear and precise with finely integrated acidity and a long, elegant finish. The brut nature style underscores the sparkling wine's crisp and dry character, making it an ideal aperitif as well as a versatile accompaniment to light dishes.

The Villa Wolf Spätburgunder Rosé Secco is a lively and refreshing sparkling wine from the Palatinate region, delighting with its fine bubbles and delicate fruit aromas. Made from Pinot Noir grapes, which give the Secco a subtle yet elegant structure, it displays a delicate rosé color in the glass.
