The Forster Pechstein Riesling GG dry comes from one of the most legendary top vineyard sites in the Palatinate, whose soils are characterized by a high basalt content and a sandy-loamy structure. The black basalt, in combination with clay and loam, creates a pronounced, racy minerality that remains noticeable throughout the wine's flavor development and simultaneously gives it excellent aging potential.

The Pinot Noir Rosé from the Palatinate is a lively, dry rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Its delicate salmon-pink color is achieved through a gentle process with short maceration.
