Here you can taste how differently the same soil can express itself:
The Blauschiefer Riesling is a characteristic Mosel Riesling from various parcels of our blue slate vineyards. Lively, juicy, invigorating and well-balanced.
The Graacher Riesling, with its freshness and elegance, combines the characteristics of the Graach vineyards into a typical local Riesling.
The "Lay" (an old term for slate) is a gently curving slope towards the Moselle with weathered slate soil, which produces full-bodied, strongly mineral wines.

Three wines that taste like spring : Fresh, with clear fruit and just right when you simply want to open a bottle in good company.

In the heart of the Campo Rotaliano, a unique alluvial basin nestled between Dolomite peaks, Elisabetta Foradori has been reinterpreting the indigenous Teroldego grape variety for over 40 years. From hand-picked parcels, cultivated biodynamically and characterized by alluvial sand and dolomitic limestone, a wine is created that reflects the identity of its homeland like few others.
The 2010 Teroldego is a striking example of how wonderfully this indigenous Dolomite grape variety can ripen. The year was characterized by moderate temperatures, cool nights, and a long growing season – ideal conditions for a wine of depth and structure.
After spontaneous fermentation in cement and maturation in cement and wood, the wine now shows a harmoniously matured profile that nevertheless retains its alpine tension.
On the nose, ripe notes of black cherry, dark plums and blackberries open up, accompanied by violets, smoke, dried herbs and a hint of undergrowth.
On the palate, the 2010 vintage is silky and expansive, with ripe, polished tannins and a vibrant acidity that has remarkably aged well. The dark, juicy fruit blends with earthy and mineral nuances typical of Campo Rotaliano.
The finish is long, spicy and delicate – a wine at its best drinking maturity, skillfully combining depth and elegance.
The 2010 vintage is a perfect balance of maturity and vitality, demonstrating why Foradori's Teroldego has been considered a style-defining wine for years.

The Volcanique Pinot Noir is a selection of exceptional barrels from vineyards of grape growers with whom we collaborate in the Dundee Hills. The wine displays the robust quality, fruit purity, and fine-grained texture that characterize the deep red volcanic clay of these hills. The 2019 vintage, with its delicate floral fruit aromas, silky texture, and structural finesse, is a particularly fine one. Like all our wines, it possesses the depth and structure to age gracefully for many years.

Basalte is a finely structured, sustainably produced Pinot Noir that reflects the rocky basalt subsoil of the northern Willamette Valley. Basalte Pinot Noir is our estate-bottled Willamette Valley wine. The wine comes from vineyards in two AVAs (American Viticultural Areas) – Chehalem Mountains and Dundee Hills – characterized by fractured basalt covered by clay topsoil. This type of stony soil lends itself to a full-bodied, structured wine. Basalte captures this expressive soil character with deep red fruit and a fine tannin structure.

Carmignano Villa di Capezzana DOCG is an outstanding red wine from Tuscany, produced in the historic region of Carmignano, southwest of Prato. This protected designation of origin (DOCG) cuvée comes from the renowned Capezzana estate, which boasts a long tradition of winemaking and is known for its excellent wines. Carmignano Villa di Capezzana is traditionally made from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a portion of Canaiolo, giving it a unique combination of Tuscan authenticity and international elegance.

The Pinot Noir Rosé from the Palatinate is a lively, dry rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Its delicate salmon-pink color is achieved through a gentle process with short maceration. It impresses with bright, fruity aromas of red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, as well as fresh citrus, all balanced by a crisp acidity and fine minerality typical of the Palatinate soils. The wine is light, refreshing, and clearly structured with a clean, vibrant finish – an ideal companion for balmy evenings, social gatherings, or as an aperitif.

The Villa Wolf Spätburgunder Rosé Secco is a lively and refreshing sparkling wine from the Palatinate region, delighting with its fine bubbles and delicate fruit aromas. Made from Pinot Noir grapes, which give the Secco a subtle yet elegant structure, it displays a delicate rosé color in the glass.

Enjoy alcohol-free – without compromise. That's exactly what DR. LO Riesling stands for. Just because you consciously abstain from alcohol doesn't mean you have to sacrifice taste, quality, or elegance. DR. LO demonstrates that an alcohol-free wine can be just as exciting, versatile, and sophisticated as its classic counterpart.
For a top-quality alcohol-free Riesling, the meticulous care begins long before dealcoholization. We chose a classic Mosel Riesling as our base, which naturally had low alcohol content, vibrant acidity, and contained only the natural sweetness of the grapes – without any added sugar.
This wine was then gently purified of its alcohol using a modern vacuum distillation process. The major advantage: because the base wine already possessed a natural, incompletely fermented sweetness, no grape must needed to be added. This preserves the authentic character of the Riesling – clear, pure, and unadulterated.
The DR. LO Riesling possesses the ideal balance of fresh Riesling acidity and juicy fruit. On the palate, it unmistakably tastes like a true Mosel Riesling – delicate, fruit-forward, yet with a subtle hint of dryness. The typical Mosel acidity brings freshness, clarity, and a pleasantly lively drinkability.

Dr. Loosen Trester is a classic Mosel pomace brandy, made from the skins and seeds of Riesling grapes previously used for winemaking. Immediately after pressing, the fresh pomace is gently distilled to preserve the delicate, varietal aromas of Mosel Riesling. This slow and careful distillation process results in a clear, elegant brandy with precise fruit character and remarkable purity.

Bright red and incredibly steep, the Ürziger Würzgarten vineyard forms a unique amphitheater of Rotliegend (red volcanic rock). It produces a completely different kind of great Riesling, full of exotic, spicy aromas and great depth. In some years, you can taste anise and even a hint of Gewürztraminer.

The grapes for this great, dry wine ripen in the oldest parcel of the Treppchen vineyard, where there is always enough wind to prevent rot from developing in the first place. This allows for very long ripening periods. The Treppchen vineyard, with its bright red, iron-rich slate, produces spicy, complex wines of enormous minerality and density, characterized by aromas of red apple and ripe quince.

Wines from the Domprobst vineyard are rich in extract and structured, characterized by the rich, deep slate weathering soils of this top southwest-facing site on the outskirts of Graach.
