Mypont Perron
Like any true Pinot Noir enthusiast, Erni's greatest dream was always to produce his own wines in Burgundy . This dream finally became a reality: In 2019, Erni acquired the east wing of the historic 15th-century Vieux Château de Puligny-Montrachet and began a multi-year restoration project.
The aim of the project was to bring together two outstanding wine personalities: Ernst Loosen from the Mosel in Germany and Manoël Bouchet from Beaune in Burgundy, to jointly create wines from the unique terroirs of Burgundy.
In parallel, he founded his own négociant company and began collaborating with winegrowers and producers to create his own collection of wines – according to his personal standards for the highest quality and exceptional aging potential.

Perron de Mypont ist ein gemeinsames Projekt von Manoël Bouchet und mir. Entstanden ist es aus unserer Freundschaft, die 2012 bei einer Masterclass in Miami begann. Manoël kennt das Burgund wie kaum ein anderer, ich bringe meine Erfahrung als Winzer ein. Uns beide verbindet die Überzeugung, dass Wein seine Herkunft und Tradition zeigen soll.
